Chief Information Officer / Director of IT
Oversaw enterprise-wide technology operations for government of 21st-
largest US city, comprising 6,000 users across multiple departments.
Administer $21.3M in capital and operating budgets and supervise staff of
67 with eight direct management reports in Systems, Network, Telecom,
Technical Services, Records Management, Project Management, Database, and
Applications areas. Liaison to other agencies regarding electronic
communications, regional radio communications, and geographic information
systems (GIS).
