United States and Mexico.

• All of the plants inventories and shipments were tracked by me, and during my tenure I reduced film

inventory levels and thus warehousing requirements by 25%.

• At the same time I also reduced the number of costly special rush shipments of packaging, and I

increased the frequency of inventory tracking from once a week to every day and reduced the amount of

time spent entering data from 24 hours a week down to less than 5 hours a week.

• I also coordinated retail packaging revisions and conversion with the sales department, reducing the

average turn around time on packaging and finished goods inventory requests from 3 days down to same

day replies.

• I also took upon myself the development of new spreadsheets and data information that was saving

Dart hundreds of man hours and thousands of dollars per year.
