Route driver for the eastern Kansas territory. The routes included

stops at hospitals, medical clinics and others places that produced

Biohazard waste. Duties included properly securing waste, loaded and

transporting to consolidation facility. Kept logs of all stops and

containers removed from locations. Maintained records required for

all Federal and State agencies involved with the disposal of Bio-

Hazardous waste. Unloaded and restocked truck for following day's

route. Minor vehicle maintenance and vehicle condition report done

daily.

2007-2008

Residential and Commercial moving. Packed, sorted and moved various

businesses and homes. Moved a variety of office equipment,

appliances, all aspects of homes and businesses. Drove the moving

truck throughout Kansas City and surrounding areas. Responsible for

transporting crew and equipment to various work sites. Maintained on

site paperwork for client and company.

1998-2007

Duties included: All aspects of street repair with asphalt, all

aspects of curb, sidewalk and driveway repair and replacement with

concrete. Storm water pipe repair and replacement. Snow and ice

removal. Traffic control for city events. General maintenance and

minor truck and equipment repair. Forklift, Bobcat, backhoe, rubber

tire loader, sewer jet and jackhammer experience. Dual and single

axle dump truck trained.

1997-1998

Landscaper. Duties included planting and maintaining plants, bushes,

trees and sod to new and existing residences and common areas. Bobcat

and dump truck trained.

Leadership Experience and Other Accomplishments

Crew Leader on concrete and asphalt crew. I was responsible for

making sure the work was completed in a timely fashion and the area

was returned to original or better condition. I was responsible for

the daily logs and paperwork necessary to keep the department heads

apprised.

Commercial Drivers License Trainer: Prepared new employees to take

the CDL test. Training included the written, walk around and driving

skills aspects of the test.
