Led multiple projects for BP and Lam Research from a home-office that
focused on process improvements, process checks and balance controls for
multiple processes within the general accounting department.
Developed and implemented a reconciliation template for balance sheet
accounts that were not reconciled for 90+days. This allowed for timely
tracking of a reconciled status and eliminated the need for an estimated
$6M write off of unreconciled accounts for the client.
Reconciled and balanced multiple, high profile, executive deferred
compensation accounts that were 2 years unreconciled and eliminated an
estimated $4M write off for the client.
Directed and trained 15 offshore analysts to assume inter-company
responsibilities which resulted in a 20% cost savings in contract labor.
Inter-company General Accounting Business Analyst 2002 - 2004
Reconcile and balance off shore inter-company reconciliations communicating
virtually with multiple clients and their entities, covering US, Asia and
Europe while continuing to streamline inter-company reconciliation
processes and insuring all reconciliation analysts were properly trained.
Implemented an automated reconciliation tool and trained all inter-
company analysts which realized a 35% time reduction in reconciling

automated cash clearing process that resulted in a 25% work load

Maintain corporate capital assets by monitoring capital expenditures, asset
movements on a daily basis and providing depreciation analysis in monthly
virtual meetings with executive management.
Developed and implemented an e-system for monitoring expenditures on
