VOLUNTEER/ LEADERSHIP and ACTIVITIES
2005 Mission trip to Africa- Went to Chad, Africa in the summer of
2005.There was 6 of us who participated in this journey to where we
were the first white men they had ever seen. We joined in with
their daily routines and presented Jesus to their village. That's
what allowed me to fully trust in God with everything.
2006 Mission trip to Nicaragua-Participated in building a home church and
spent 2 months there. We spent days and nights building them a
church and presenting the Word to their village and it was amazing
to see how they took every word. You could truly feel God moving! I
learned hard patience from God and joy.
2007 Mission trip to Nicaragua-Participated in teaching the youth about
English and the bible. I spent only 2 weeks there in the monsoon
month. I had a hard time because of the continuing rain and getting
jungle rot on my right foot, but God showed me understandment and
to be out of my comfort zone, so I could really hear Him. It is not
what he can do for me, but what I can do to glorify His Kingdom.
