increase in the on-time, on-budget delivery of multi-million dollar IT

Deployed the full suite of Oracle eBiz applications across 17 countries in

. Lead program / project manager for the implementation of the Oracle ERP
system at Diebold. The team consisted of 18 track leads managing a team
of 400 Diebold and outsourced resources. The annual project budget was
approximately $30 million dollars. The project consisted of the
deployment of major modules to 17 countries.
. Represented the Oracle project on the Executive Management Committee
(executive oversight committee) on a weekly basis.
. Accountable for the system development lifecycle, project performance
reporting, integrated change control and budget, implementation,
training, documentation, and post implementation support.
Manager Tools and Technology Support 1998 - 2003
Spearheaded the new Tools and Technology team for the purpose of developing
and delivering service solutions for the Diebold North American service
operations.
. Managed the information technology implementation of the Customer and
Technology Support Center, Diebold's most advanced facility. This
included: Implementation of the Customer Response Center; Diebold's
customer facing call center, the Event Monitoring Center; Diebold's
security and facility monitoring center, and the field service technician
product support desk and applications. This was a $2 million dollar
project with an annual run rate of approximately $350,000.
. Managed the development and deployment of the Workforce Automation System
for over 2,500 service technicians. This was the largest cellular service
application deployment in the United States, resulting in increased
customer satisfaction and reduced costs. This was a $10 million dollar
project.
. Managed the assessment and prototyping of the Service Optimization and
Scheduling System which now provides effective and efficient technician
dispatch.
. Developed knowledge base systems to assist service technicians to 'fix it
the first time which improved by more than 50%.

Implemented solutions for local and wide area network product connectivity.
. Designed, developed, and prototyped the Integrated Service System
enabling device intelligence for proactive and reactive solutions. This
