Executive Housekeeper

Essential Functions

Prepares and administers Housekeeping and Laundry Budgets

Responsible for Schedule preparations and labor forecasting

Billing

Reconciles monthly profit and loss statements and provides appropriate

variance reports

Responsible for performing mid season and annual performance evaluations

Sets departmental goals and objectives on a seasonal, monthly, and daily

basis

Conducts regular staff meetings and one on ones with supervisory personnel

Conducts regular inspections and unit audits ensuring standards are being

met

Maintaining strong, positive, and impartial relationships with all staff

members

Coaching and supervision of a staff of 115+

Negotiates external contracts as required

Conducts Interviews of New applicants

Prepares corrective actions/development plans for department personnel

Works with peers on special project to improve the overall lodging

operations

Assists with all departmental functions:

Cleaning and Inspecting of units when necessary

Distribution of departmental workload

Oversees all office functions( monitoring condo keeper, reviewing and

creating the daily workspace, ensuring all traces have been assigned and

closed by the end of the day, posts owner and guest of owner charges to

folio for special service requests, maintains our carpet spot cleaning log/

dry-cleaning log)

Logs lost and Found calls/ follows up with guests/ and ships items via Fed-

ex

Assists with phones/ communications/ and dispatching of all guest requests

pertaining to housekeeping

Assists AM and PM assistants with Chef Uniform distribution

Assists with managing daily operations of our inventory warehouse including

distribution and tracking of housekeeping vacuums, housekeeping master

keys, housekeeping radios along with department vehicle and key check outs.

Reviews labor and expenses on a weekly basis

Distribution of workload for all housekeeping personnel

Holds morning staff meetings
