Resume:

October **, ****

Dear Human Resources Director:

I read with interest your ad for a data entry clerk.

I possess many of the qualities you are looking for to fill this position.

With 24 years of clinical experience, I have demonstrated consistent growth

in health care quality and improvement. I am highly organized with the

ability to multitask, and have excellent written and oral communication

skills. I am meticulous to detail, and can succeed either on a team or on

my own. I have many years of experience with patient care coordination,

scheduling, treatment planning and goal setting.

More recently, since leaving clinical practice, I have completed a docent

training program at The Snite Museum of Art and South Bend Museum of Art.

Training included teaching students of all ages, from 5 to 95.

Enclosed is my most current resume. A list of references will be provided

upon request. In addition to traditional employment, I also worked as a

substitute dental hygienist at many northern Indiana dental offices from

1996-2004.
