client files for trial. The second assignment was performing payroll duties for employees and subcontractors for a
cable installation company.

Answer incoming patient calls and determine needs of patient by discerning whether an appointment, a message
to the physician, or transferring the pt’s call to an Advice Nurse is in the best interest of the patient. Negotiation,
using customer service language was often required because what was in the best interest of the patient was not
