Receptionist
As a receptionist at VECCC, I am responsible for welcoming people to the center and getting their information into our
database. I create estimates and invoices for the clients. I also help to keep the reception area organized by keeping in
close communication with the pet owners, the veterinarians, and the veterinary technicians. A primary part of my work at
VECCC is to answer phone calls from worried pet owners with injured or ill pets. I take as much information down as I
can and answer questions to the best of my ability while maintaining sensitivity and professionalism.
