My responsibilities include resolveing rejected FTS prenote errors for client direct
deposit (employer and employee), Performs general clerical work: mailings,
client record requests, fax monitoring, etc., Provides second-level banking
support to SBS Regions. Answers incoming calls and responds to Clarify cases
surrounding tracers (setup and follow-up), FTS system questions, deleting
payrolls, processing stop payments, etc., Reviews payrolls “on-hold” due to over
threshold issues. Determines appropriate remedy based on knowledge of ADP
risk policy. Verifies funds availability with client bank or requests client wire as
needed., Keys new client banking information into Pep+ system, Processes “hot”
or expedited banking requests including verifying appropriate Pep+ and
ADPCheck setup, Performs daily banking jobs including verifying and balancing
AS/400 and Tops data; submitting files to San Dimas for processing; and
updating banking information based on prenote information.

My responsibilities included answering inbound client calls, inputting any
personal information on employees, creating profiles for the company as well as
the employees, making any changes to the employees set up for payroll, input
and process payroll, create manual checks and adjustments, make outbound
client calls, create an internal correspondence in clarify for clients who need a
follow up, process monthly maintenance billing for clients who are set up for
monthly payments to be drafted from their bank account automatically.
