Present
Duties consist of calculating deposits for pathology client. Calculate
insurance and client payments for deposit to banks. Intake mail and
distribute monies and explanation of benefits. Other duties includes
speaking with associate in reference to billing issues. Duties previously
included speaking with customers in reference to client bills.
PGBA, Claims Analyst III- November 2004- February 2009- Provide
information to Medicare members. Assist members and providers with
claims information. Job duties also involve completing and correcting
claims issues and sending out correspondence to members and providers.
Research claims information, claims reprocessing, accept inbound calls
from members and providers. Complete and distribute correspondence to
members and providers upon receiving information.
ClientLogic- Retention Agent- September 2004- October 2004- Requires
communication with customers in resolving issues in regards to their
Internet services.
The Reserves Network, Data Entry Clerk- February 2004- May 2004 - Duties
involved entering new membership information into the company's
computer for processing of membership cards for a leading wholesale
warehouse.
Attorney William J. Barr Law Firm, LLC- Legal Assistant- Jan 2002-Jan
2003- Duties involved answering and making incoming and outgoing calls
to assist clients in reference to Bankruptcy cases, also assisted with areas
of personal injury, deeds, domestic and criminal cases and also some
workers compensation cases.
Washington Mutual- Loan Resolutions- Jan 2001-December 2001-
Correspond with CSR's in mortgage loan processing. Maintain data
spreadsheets. Data entry capabilities, retrieve loan notes from the Note
Control Department to assist CSR's on phones.
