System / Work Pack Engineer Texas, USA 2008 –2010

• Delivered within the budget one of the high risk portions of Landing String for Total Pazflor subsea project

(currently the largest subsea project operated by Total).

• Identified and prevented a catastrophic failure mode in high temperature umbilical by defining new test

procedure to meet client and safe operation requirements (beyond ISO 13628-5 requirement)

• Developed and coordinated technical specification for bidding, qualification and helped procurement of

equipment/heavy rotary machineries. Participated in the negotiation of this multi million dollars bid.

• Invented a cutting technology for Oil & Gas industry for quick and reliable cutting of large size coil tubing

and wire line tools in deep water environments.

• Designed tools (shear sub, test caps, etc) to meet requirements relating to functionality, manufacturability,

regulatory compliance (DNV and NACE) and design specifications (API 6A or API 5CT)

Progressive Moulded Products LTD. is a Tier 1 supplier for Big 3 with over 3000 employees designing and
