Scheduler-customer service
Enter schedule appointments for grocery warehouse. Insure that pick-up and
delivery appointments arrive and depart in a timely manner. So as,
warehouse we can begin to load and unload.
Responsible for loads into trailers are maximum loads for cost and service
efficiencies.
Data entry correspondence with grocery warehouses and their dispatching
operations.

Interline auditor-Customer Service
Interline specialist and payables. I originally started in night billing
and then was offered Rate Department because of my transportation
background and knowledge of the transportation industry.
In the Rate department, I was responsible for reviewing customer discounts
and product classification, giving customers their needed tariff discounts.
If they had no accounts I qualified them and gave the information to the
appropriate sales executive.
In Interline, I was responsible for insuring the payable were in compliance
with companies signed agreements. I also built a relationship with the
other companies Interline Specialists to insure a business relationship and
cooperation between both corporations.
VECTA TRANSPORTATION/SACRAMENTO: 1993-1997
Sales - Customer Service-Dispatcher
Started in customer service and I was responsible for all interline
accounts auditing and setting up for payment. Insuring all time cards and
driver check-in paperwork was in-order. Dispatched when extremely busy-
vacation-sickness etc.Also performed the function of billing customers.
Performed sales for 2 years. Followed up on current business and was
successful in acquiring additional lanes from existing customers.
MARKSTEIN BEVERAGE COMPANY/SACRAMENTO: 1997-1999
Cashier
Cashier, driver check-in, Duties include checking in daily route drivers
and balancing their cash, checks, and receipts. Doing the deposit and
deposit report and getting it ready to send to the bank. I also worked in
customer service, taking orders, scanning invoices and other customer
service duties as needed.

Responsible for Accounts payables, assuring all company bills paid weekly.
