I was interested to see your job posting on Craigslist for a part-time receptionist position and

would like to learn more about this opportunity.

I am a current Senior at Old Dominion University with extensive experience in customer service,

phone etiquette, and computers from my past three jobs, including sales associate, PetNurse

assistant, and a bank teller. I have 3 years of experience with answering phones, communicating

with customers, and providing excellent customer service. In these roles, I answered phones,

communicated with customers, handled money, learned new computer skills, participated in

training sessions, and learned how to provide excellent and helpful customer service.

I feel that my communication skills, phone and computer skills, and customer service experience

would be an asset in this role.

the duration I was employed there.
