Objective:

Currently seeking a position within the field of Customer Service / Data Entry. I am an avid

believer that Customer Satisfaction and attention to detail play a major factor in developing and

maintaing the customer / client base and account retention. I invite challenges and deadlines. I

have experienced a lapse in employment for a few years due to circumstances not in my control

Varied positions held of which all required extensive data entry. Processed customer refund

claims, stop-stolen items, expired items, forgery affidavits, automated remittances, bank

transmissions and customer / client contact.
