Position: Investigator

Quality control on mortgage loans in default, by utilizing internet

resources to complete investigation, locate borrowers for interview, locate

third parties as mentioned on documents provided at time of transaction for

re-verification purposes, and coordinated field interviews with third

parties as necessary to obtain borrower's statement on intention for loan

at time of transaction. Averaged 26 cases completed per month.

Temporary position with Landmark Credit Union to assist Processing

Department, due to backlog of loans due to new Obama Plan. Handled all

Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac Streamline Refinances, organized new files,

Operations for approval. Once approved, updated servicing file (in-house

servicing - manual files) forward to Servicing Department. Helped

department catch up within two months, when estimated time needed was six

*Gap: Off work due to complicated pregnancy & daycare issues. Relocating

to CA resolved daycare issues as all family is located in CA.

per investor from realtor/borrower to request approval to close once

Closing Dept & Realtor. Monthly Average: 40 Approvals & 20 Closings.
