. To print reports when out of the office they had to call someone in

the office, that person would email the printed reports using the

copier. I suggested adding SMTPMail so reports would arrive by

email and they could print on a local printer.

. Suggested a process to unload data from one system to another,

File was sent to the new vendor and uploaded successfully.
