Responsible for receiving and reviewing academic records of new student applications

from high school graduates and students transferring from other colleges with different
majors.
Issued pay orders for both new and continuing students which stated tuition costs for

each different course.
Prepared computerized class attendant lists and distributed to each department for

instructors preparation.

Prepared computerized evaluation forms and distributed to each instructor, these forms

included pre mid-term, pre-final and final grades.
These completed forms were collected and the information from these forms was then

recorded in our system.
I was responsible for sending these results to the students, the student counsellors, and
