ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I was an honor student elementary through high school.
I was accepted into the Gifted program in 3rd grade and remained in
it until I
graduated.
Throughout middle and high school I participated in many clubs, but Y-
Club and FHA stand out to me. By participating in those clubs I was
blessed by being allowed to volunteer in depth with Relay for Life and
in local nursing homes to be there for people who just needed someone
to care.
I am very dependable hard worker who learns quickly.
I am a team player who does not bring outside situations into work.
I have very proficient typing and filing skills.
I can multi-task while remaining calm and organized. I am very

In Progress Nursing
I immediately enrolled in nursing school after I graduated high school. I
finished a year of the program before I married. I have decided to start
back with distance learning.

High School Diploma GPA: B+
I completed many courses in high school pertaining to health and child
development such as: Family Health & Safety, Childhood Growth and
Development 1&2, Child Psychology 1&2, AP Biology, Anatomy and
Physiology, Psychology, and Chemistry. Through these classes I was able
to observe and interact with the children at a local pre-k.
In 7th grade I was selected to be a part of Duke University's TIP
program
which allowed me to take the SAT that year.
My sophomore year of high school I was chosen to to participate in
Teen
Court. This is a program designed to help teens who have committed non-
violent crimes start to rehabilitate with the help of their peers.
I graduated in May 2006 with distinction and dual seals on my
diploma. I had
taken every AP class offered at my school except for one.
CERTIFICATIONS
I am working on becoming CPR and First aid certified before 10/18/2010.
ACTIVITIES
In my spare time I am quite the bookworm. I do a lot of studying and
research to figure out exactly what I want to do with my life. I am
currently training to
complete other medical certificate programs such as billing and coding. I
am also working with the organization I Am Alive training to be a
counselor for anyone in a suicidal crisis. I support a lot of
organizations such as St. Jude's Childrens
Hospital, The Susan J. Komen Foundation, Women for Women, The Invisible
Children, and To Write Love On Her Arms, to name a few. I am a very
passionate person about the things I believe in.
