Culinary focus and goals
To remain current and up to date with culinary trends
and techniques, exceed diner’s expectations providing
them with a “Wow!” dining experience. It is my goal to
expand my experience in a fast paced environment with
greater responsibilities that will allow me to highlight
my multiple disciplines.

2009 present Kitchen Manager Maggie’s South Hill
Grill Prepare fresh sheet menus, Hire and train kitchen
:
staff and prepares servers for menu. Control food and
labor costs, direct all catering on and off site.
2009 Executive Chef 360{Hotel Lusso}{Davenport
Bought Out} : Directed all culinary operations, menu
planning, staffing, catering off and on site, Banquets and
lounge.
2008 2009 Executive Chef Stir: Built kitchen from
ground up(directed purchasing equipment, hood repair,
placement of equipment), staffing, menu creation.
2005 2008 Executive Chef Bluefish: Directed all
culinary operations, sushi and hot line, banquets,
catering, special events, staffing, controlled food and
labor costs. Menu development, also directed front of
house. Formed relationships with food representatives,
and purveyors in the community.
