mail to 75 mailstops in 15 buildings. I made twice daily trips to the

padding; was responsible for producing copied and bound documents that
met all requirements for local, state and federal court filings;
scanned documents and routed them electronically through e-scan;
maintained equipment and production logs used for customer billings;
and notarized and witnessed various documents. I also interacted with
a wide variety of customers on a daily basis, including attorneys,
secretaries, etc.

This position was Site Supervisor for the same office services support
outsourcing firm but was in the copy/mailroom of a large international
law firm in California. I performed essentially the same duties as
outlined above with the addition of the mailroom duties. On a daily
basis, I opened, sorted and routed mail to appropriate staff;
processed outgoing mail and packages, including certified, overnight,
FedEx, etc.; routed faxes electronically. I also maintained equipment
and office supply logs; ordered supplies, postage, etc.; set up
conference rooms for meetings and other duties as required. This
position involved lots of customer service with both staff and
vendors.

As Bindery Lead in a commercial printing operation, I operated both
the AB Dick offset press and high-speed production copier. I was
responsible for all bindery, such as cutting, drilling, folding,
binding, etc. I also picked up and delivered jobs to/from customers;
processed mass mailings; assisted with pre-press duties; and other
duties as required.
