Cheyenne, WY 82001 Assistant Manager M arch
2008-March 2009
Li t t le Ol' Printshop was bought by a company out of Loveland Colorado on November 11,
2008. Since the takeover, there have been five employees let go, and the three employees
t hat are left, our hours have been cut from 40 a week to 20. My duties and responsibilities
have not changed. I am though more production, and less management. As of March 2nd,
2009, the Loveland company has decided to take the work that I did and send it to their
Loveland location for the employees there to do, so I was laid off.
D uties: Business Express was bought by Li t t le Ol' Printshop. When this happened, my
position was t ransferred, but the owner of Business Express was now the Manager, so I
became the Assistant Manager. I still did all the duties that I previously performed at
B usiness Express, but I also started to learn more about QuickBooks so that I could help
w ith the bookkeeping and payroll of the other employees. I choose to take myself out of the
bookkeeping loop because the books really needed to go to a professional bookkeeper being
t hat they were left with us at the t ime of the buyout not in the best of shape, but I did learn
a lot about QuickBooks and record keeping. Am in charge of 7 other employees.
