Duties:

Customer Service with face to face interaction with existing cliental and potential new cliental.

Receptionist duties with a 5 line phone system. Developing ideas to help promote the banks products

and services. Vault Teller responsibilities, keeping branch within cash limits. It was my job to make

sure everyone was adhering to Federal guidelines and Associate's policies. I had 6 direct reports. I

compiled information needed for monthly reports. I did the scheduling for the entire branch. I did the

branch ordering of supplies. I was a Safe Deposit Box attendant and did the annual reports for the State

In my 12 years of service with National City I held many different job titles from a teller to the

Assistant Branch Manager. I was part of an elite team hand selected (called SWAT) that were chosen to

be an onsite support team for acquistions for the bank. As the Customer Service Leader I oversaw two

branches. It was my job to ensure each branch was in compliance with internal and external controls

along with bank policies and procedures. I managed seven people and assisted with opening accounts
