Promoted 1/8/04 from VP of Sales. Oversaw total operation of parts of Charlotte

Division and Greensboro/Winston Salem totaling 13 communities, 10 project

superintendents, 18 Sales Counselors, 1 Sales Manager and numerous

administrative personnel.

2nd quarter FY04, sales were 137% of budget; closings were 176% of budget.

Cancellation rate dropped from previous high of 35% to 26.5%. As a result of this

success I was charged with 3 additional communities removed from another division

which wasn't performing as well.

Supervised, trained and hired 3 Area Sales Managers.

Closed 86.1M in sales (620) homes in FY 2001.

Closed 80.6M in sales (605) in FY 2002.

Closed 136.2M in sales (1020) in FY 2003.

Spearheaded Beazer's move into the Latino market; hired and trained Latino Sales

Counselor who became SMC's Rookie of the Year in 2002 with 3.5M in sales in just

8 months.

Oversaw record setting closing month in Sept. 2002 of 101 closings for the

Charlotte Division.

Increased average homesite premiums by 62% in managed communities.

Consistently maintained highest NRS customer survey scores in Beazer

organization.
