Client Description : Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation is one

of the largest and most admired

project of the Barclaycard products for

emerging market countries (Egypt, Mauritius

PRIME 3.3 environment for homogeneous card

processing system for Barclaycard across

geography and better manageability.

Contribution : Traveled UK to attend design and solution

workshop with the clients to understand the

source and target system and prepared high

level design along with the data mapping

document to align the source data with the

specified format of the target system.

the relationship between the target

entities based on their grain and

of the conversion program in Data Stage

Project Descriptions : BBB (Bill Book Backlog) is one of the major

projects for the users in the finance

domain of Freescale for their reporting

needs.

Contribution : Participated right from the design phase up

to the production implementation of the

project.

Analyzed the requirement specification

document to decide the ETL flow using

Informatica mappings and Teradata Bteq

scripts for loading the staging and base

tables and designing the dimensions and

fact tables according to the star schema.

Tied up the SAP R3 revenue with the EDW

tables to make them in the same monthly

grain for populating data into the fact

tables, which will be used in the Trend

Reports.

Used Fast Export script for making the flat

files, which will be loaded into the

Analytic Integration Services using MXL

script according to the star schema.

Validated the data in the fact tables

against the BQY prepared in the Hyperion IR

Studio and discussed with the Business

Analyst.

Preparing the Design document and Test Case

document and unit testing of the jobs

accordingly.

Automated the ETL flow using maestro

scheduler.

Delivered knowledge transfer to the support

team about the overall ETL flow.
