Personal Statement

I am an extremely outgoing person, who loves people in general. I am great

with customers and co-workers. I conduct myself in a very professional way,

and want to use this to succeed in every aspect of my life.

Work Experience:

Telesales Representative: (Nov 2007 - Oct 2010)

Verizon Wireless:Tampa, FL

I started out working for Alltel shortly after my 18th birthday. My first

position with the company was as a Greeter in a store in Regency Square in

Brandon, FL. My job as a Greeter included setting up sales for the sales

reps, and showing products to customers and answering their questions as

they waited in line. I was also in charge of how the sales floor looks, and

making sure it was presentable at all times. Six months to the day I got

hired, I was promoted to Sales Representative, and moved out to a store in

Zephyrhills, FL. My primary responsibilities included meeting and

exceeding sales goals and quotas, resolving customer complaints and issues,

and completing all closing procedures including balancing the safe, and

making sure all inventory was received and shipped. During my time in the

retail store, I was number 1 or 2 in the store most months. I only fell behind

once or twice in the year I was there. When Verizon purchased Alltel, I was

moved to a Telesales position in Tampa, FL. I was there for a year and a half.

My responsibilities in the call center included meeting and exceeding sales

quotas. I did very well in the call center, exceeding my goals in the blended

rankings regularly.

Daycare Worker: (May 2007 - Nov 2007)

Little Munchkins:Plant City, FL

My primary responsibility at the daycare was to take care of kids from

morning until their parents picked them up off of work. We would care for

pre-schoolers during the day, making their lunch and serving it to them, as

well as make sure they get their nap and teach a little bit to them. In the

afternoon, I would get the elementary age students off the school bus. We

would feed them snacks, and take them outside to play. At the end of the

day, we would be responsible for cleaning up the daycare.

Daycare Worker: (Nov 2006 - May 2007)

My responsibility in this job was to take care of pre-school students after

school until their parents picked them up after work. I would feed them

snacks and take them outside for playtime.

My job at McDonald's was to make customers food and get them their food

in a timely manner, while at the same time keeping a sanitary environment. I

did everything, and my job changed on a day-to-day basis. I cooked,

prepared the food, served the food to the customers, handled customer

complaints, handled the drive-thru, and cleaned.

At Publix I was a cashier. My main job was to cash customers out, and make

sure my money balanced out at the end of the night. I also bagged some

groceries, and helped customers out to their car. I cleaned some, and made

sure the store stayed organized.
