o Clerical and administrative duties - Use computer software such
as Microtrax, SAL Store Reports, ICL, and Virtual Console. Track
sales and payments via ICL and use this information to predict
future sales. Write letters to customers for cold checks, fax
and copy documents, and operate the phone system to address
customers and their needs. Relay information to co-workers and
ensure they have a full understanding of the material. Take part
in the scheduling of employees and ensuring adequate staff. File
items such as credit card and EBT receipts, house charges,
donation logs, and logs for items used in the store. Ensure
correct pricing of products using ICL.
o Fulfill the role of Store Management in the absence of the
Manager. The number of employees managed can range from 5-11.

o Consulted a storage company and many of our recommendations were

my own small side businesses. From these business plans I
obtained financing, designed my own website, and performed
rigorous advertising.

banks.
