Operations Manager (July 2009 - March 2010)
Directed, developed and oversaw the organization's Installation, Service,
Technical Support and Engineering Departments. Oversaw a matrix
organization of more than 50 direct employees and general contractors.
Served as the primary contact for 3,500 regular customers and more than
1,000 one-time customers. Coordinated the daily activities of field
installation and service personnel by evaluating and orchestrating field
operations. Consistently identified and executed plans for continuous
improvement throughout the organization. Selected sub-contractors and
monitored their performance.
Key Accomplishments:
. Created and executed strategies that aided in securing $13 million in
annual sales.

Oversaw all activities for a 19-person branch, which included directing
activities in the areas of Training, Resources and Combat Arms. Provided
senior leadership and guidance to branch members. Managed the Automated
Data Processing Equipment account, which was valued at $150,000. Created
and developed training programs for 150 Reserve Augmentation Duty
Personnel, 24 Individual Mobility Augmentees, and more than 160 unit
personnel in law enforcement, security and air base defense.

Air Force Specialist, Vulnerability Assessment Team, JRAC-FWD (April 1997
- Oct. 1997)
Served as member of a joint military vulnerability assessment team in
Saudi Arabia to identify force protection vulnerabilities and provide
solutions to front-line commanders. Advised commanders and unit
leadership on the status of mission preparedness. Ensured that assessment
reports were accurate, quickly published and distributed to all necessary
personnel.

. Identified security-related strengths and weaknesses for Air Force
assets worth $3 billion.
. Tracked over 1400 security vulnerability items from 18 different
sites.
. Efficiently managed over $205,000 in funds and materials.
Superintendent, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces Elite Guard, Honolulu,
HI (July 1992 - Sep. 1995)
Managed the staff functions for 33 personnel to include manning
computations; post validations; selection of new personnel; recognition
programs; and security of the Headquarters complex, command aircraft,
and visiting dignitaries.
