and clerical support to center staff and management. Processing of
bookkeeping and payroll. Cash handling, greeting visitors, conducted Center
tours as needed, provided basic information to visitors, and callers.

Duties included answering telephones, greeting patients and handling
confidential correspondence and reports. Prepared purchase orders, invoices
and deposits. Sending faxes, making copies and maintaining and organizing
paper and electronic documents.
