Owned and operated my own building maintenance and cleaning company. Had five
building complexes I was responsible for. Fif teen people were in my employ to clean,
refinish f loors, landscape, and snow removal.
September 2000 – November 2002
Worked as a night cleaner for Spencerport School District cleaning classrooms and the main
gym in the high school. I also maintained the swimming pool and locker room areas.
D uring the summer and week long vacations I was stripping and waxing class rooms and
bonnet cleaning carpets in the main offices and other carpeted areas. I have also sanded
and resealed the gym f loor.
November 2002 – October 2002
Worked for the Rochester YMCA cleaning and supervising the overnight crew. We scrubbed
locker rooms with a kyvac system and buffed, waxed and annually stripped all hallways
f loors and entrance ways until I was able to leave and work full t ime for myself.
