Just a Second Tax Service

• Take calls and inqui ries from customers usually provided with information to answer

general questions about the product or service.

• Directs phone calls to the appropriate people to resolve problems or schedules an

appointment.

• Able to access information for the customer relating to the question or request for

assistance.

• Can update customer information, make changes to billing invoices or suggest fixes for

p roblems.

Housekeeping Supervisor

• Training and counseling staff in duties and policies. Prepares purchase orders requests for

approval.

• Supporting the Director of Housekeeping in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the

department leading and developing Housekeeping associates.

• Inspected all public and guest spaces to ensure they are clean and based on company

s tandards. Providing completing all necessary administrative duties and reports.

• Attend to guests every need, which includes registration, checkout, and cashiering.

• Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information.

Accept payment for guest’s accounts both at the t ime of registration and at checkout.

• Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily.

• Assist concierge in handling mail and facsimiles and providing guest with information

regarding hotel facilities and local attractions.

Operation Manager

• Manage front office operations for a staff of 10, providing services clients.

• Assist with accounts payable. Prepare and processed payroll and payroll reports.

• Managing and updating personnel files documents, developing and implementing accounts

payable. Customer Service related duties.

• Successfully interacting with the cliental. Ability to work under constant deadlines.

P roduce presentation material for client meetings and other functions.
