Housekeeping Supervisor

department leading and developing Housekeeping associates.
• Inspected all public and guest spaces to ensure they are clean and based on company
s tandards. Providing completing all necessary administrative duties and reports.
• Attend to guests every need, which includes registration, checkout, and cashiering.
• Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information.
Accept payment for guest’s accounts both at the t ime of registration and at checkout.
• Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily.
• Assist concierge in handling mail and facsimiles and providing guest with information
regarding hotel facilities and local attractions.
Operation Manager
• Manage front office operations for a staff of 10, providing services clients.
• Assist with accounts payable. Prepare and processed payroll and payroll reports.
• Managing and updating personnel files documents, developing and implementing accounts
payable. Customer Service related duties.
• Successfully interacting with the cliental. Ability to work under constant deadlines.
