Contract position that provided production support to the creative and
training teams. Built page templates, created and imported art, and
proofed layouts in Word for training teams. Performed preflight checks,
collected creative layouts, performed version updates to previously
published jobs and did rough layout work for the creative team. Was also
responsible to both teams for consistency checks, proofreading, version
updates and copy corrections. Also offered InDesign experience to a team
that is still working to integrate the application into their workflow.

Identified a need to centralize purchasing of digital photography to
reduce excess expense, negotiate better pricing and provide appropriate
access for Creative department. Developed a new standard process for the

arranging portfolio shows.
