When I was hired for Sprout’s Farmer’s Market Inc. I thought the job environment and the management

would be completely different than it turned out to be. I worked very hard every day and I was told that

did an excellent job. I was a team player and stepped up to help my fellow workers when they sought

help. The reason I left Sprout’s was for personal reasons, there was a lot of sexual harassment and poor

management skills. Even despite the problems with the work environment I still worked my hardest until

it became dangerous and unbearable for me.

I have worked for Armata’s for over a year. Armata’s has given me confidence as a worker; I was able to

build up my leadership skills and my teamwork skills. I constantly had to push my co-workers to make

sure that the work gets done and my co-workers confined in me to ask me questions about work. I have

written orders and placed orders for products to get delivered for the deli. When my manager is out or on

vacation, I was her replacement. I also have worked a great deal with customers. I would always take on

the difficult customers and handle them with patients and a smile. Over the course of my work time there

I never had any complaints from customers about my work ethics or manners.

Self Employed photographer

I am currently trying to launch my photography career. I am going to school to get my degree in

photography. I have recently completed some photography jobs. I did a shoot for hand crafted jewelry

broacher and have a wedding coming up on August 30th that I am doing the photography for. Photography

helped my fine-tune my eye for detail. During the shoot I had to work with the clients to make sure they

were going to be satisfied with the product. Also with edited the photos, I had to pay complete attention to

make sure the photos were perfect.
