Wilkes small business campaigns: Worked with Sam's Club small businesses on

direct mail and printing campaigns. Reviewed their objectives, artwork and

mail lists; worked with graphic artist to create successful mail pieces;

advised and sold additional services; wrote appropriate parameters for mail

list purchase delivering a winning response rate with a targeted mailing

and clear message for the client and repeat business for Wilkes.

Wilkes large customer account management: Managed coupon print program for

Anheuser-Busch; mailing campaigns for Nestle-Purina, CitiMortgage, Missouri

History Museum, various political campaigns.

Falcon outsource to in-house: Four different price books over 100 pages.

Proposed and implemented plan to do the work in house and saved the company

$20,000 per price book.

Falcon purchases major competitor: Shelby Williams represented four well-

known brands adding to Falcon's three brands. Maintained brand integrity

for all seven brands during and after the transition, keeping everything

separate but united in all literature, advertising and trade shows.

Rebranded Falcon as The Falcon Companies.

Hospitality Design Trade Show: The largest hospitality show with over 7,000

attendees and 1000 vendors takes place every May in Las Vegas. I managed

the Falcon presence every year with booth sizes ranging from 20x20 to

20x60. For 3 years I managed two booths that size while we merged the

Shelby and Falcon companies. This included booth design, coordination of

product ordering/manufacturing, space purchase, setup/teardown, logistics,

collateral material and working at the booth through the show.

Lutheran Church Missouri Synod - August 12, 2010 - October 4, 2010 -

Missionary Support Coordinator - Temp job filling in for employee on

maternity leave.

. Utilize MS Office, OneNote, Blackbaud and BaseCamp to link individual

career missionaries with congregations, major donors, staff & others

to facilitate missionary support-raising.

. Schedule presentations; create and maintain individual missionary

schedules.

. Gather data and prepare routine and special fund-raising reports for

Wilkes Group - December 2005 - September 2009 - Account Manager, Direct
