Created, planned, and implemented new planned giving marketing strategy at Asbury
College. Prioritized goals for maximum cost effectiveness. Result: Reduced
department expenses by 60% while quadrupling gift income.
Determined key prospects, created prospecting techniques, and direct mail strategies with
two charitable organizations. Result: Generated gifts in planned giving department
exceeding $2.5 million per year which was four times the prior department production.
Helped start a medical company by raising $1 million startup capital, and got the
company listed with the World Health Organization. Result: Medical Company was able
to begin marketing in the US and around the world with an internationally respected
endorsement.
Lead the local organization out of 15 years of growth gridlock. Organized ad hoc
committee to determine problems and solutions to make growth possible. Result: Lead
members to resolve issues and determine vision. Older building was sold and new
facilities were built paving the way for growth which has now tripled.

Raised $1 million to start company, updated investors, got the company listed with the World Health
Organization, researched the market to provide perspective for the best approach to market penetration,
discovered the numerous resources available to market and distribute, introduced the benefits of having a free
trade zone to reduce taxes.
