Operational Resource Manager (1994-2006)

• Coordinate between offices to maintain the most current information in each members record

• Verify that each members time and training is update and correct in the system

• Verifies that the members have completed the requirements to continue to do the job assigned

• Collaborate weekly with each department heads for weekly posting of schedules in a timely and up to the minute

changes within the organization for safety reasons

• Process weekly and monthly reports to be distributed throughout the organization by the timeline allotted

• Update correspondent reports to be distributed throughout the organization

• Managed charts, training reports, and personnel folders to verify each member maintained there credentials to

continue at the level of work assigned

• Managed daily records on employees to make sure that they were allotted the correct promotion status and update

the information in our system and in the members records

• Coordinated and maintained annually vacation information for the members assigned to section

• Plan and coordinate breakfast and presentations for the facility and staff of our section

• Coordinated pay issues with our financial department for members who pay may have changed IAW the regulations

assigned

Secretary/Office Automation (2006-Present)

• Provide administrative support to annual projects within the organization to maintain good standing with other

Directors and Commanders within the command

• Provide administrative support to Command Section in the secretary and executive absence

• Update and manages calendar and appointment for the Director of the Support section

• Update slides for weekly section meeting

• Coordinate meetings and updates for personnel within the section

• Provide document management support for the Chief and each director within the organization

• Update appointment letters and file plan for the organization assigned

• Coordinate and manage the contract for copier support for the organization

• Updates and coordinates the organization staff and faculty rosters

• Verified that each section has input time and hours for timekeeping to be able to be paid on time

• Assist administrative support in the transition to the new computer programs and moves to each new section

assignments

• Provide customer service and greetings to visitors and customers in and out of the building
