w ithin the Northern Alaska Area Office Corps of Engineers. Serves as the area office's

p rimary timekeeper (payroll), I MPAC card holder, supply officer, mail clerk, incidental

motor vehicle officer, CFC representative, back up t ravel officer, and on the AED response

team. Performs t imekeeping and related duties for 50 employees (largest timekeeping group

i n the Alaska District) using an automated reporting system (CEFMS). Helps with all

Responsible for aquisition and purchase requests of real and non-personal services from

commercial sources, with the aggregate amount not in excess of $2,500. Prepares receiving

i nventory of office supplies for personnel in multiple offices. Monitors levels of office

supplies, prepares purchase requests, and orders as necessary, also orders special request

i tems. Appointed Mail Clerk. In charge of metering mail, mail drop off and pick up,

d istributing mail internally, maintains mail meter reports and postage, and pickup and

d istribution of official mail. Procur r ing Fed Ex shipments and costs. In charge of 27

Government vehicles. Prepares, distributes, collects, and reviews t r ip t ickets for GSA

Constantly monitors the e-mail requests from the construction admin specialist to ensures

t hat their employees have access on post in a timely manner. Knowledge of PCs and

software such as word processors, graphics, spreadsheets, database management systems,

and communications to produce a wide range of documents, incorporate data from different

software applications, or update databases or spreadsheets.

Cross t rained as an Engineer Technician (Civil). Prepares and processes pay estimates and

contract closeouts. Prepares, processes, and assembles procurement and construction

documents for support of engineers and higher grades technicians and facilitates the work

of the Area Office. Prepares, processes, and assembles procurement documents for

construction modifications.
