Free Horizon Montessori School
A 5000 sf addition to the school and the renovation of existing school, scheduling work to allow summer
school, and administration to occupy the building during construction. Nearly three weeks was removed
from an already aggressive schedule to allow the client to begin move in and set up of their multi-media
curriculum.
Stanley Consultants Regional Office Build Out-Centennial
$1.4 M- Build out of 38,000 sf on two floors of occupied building. Project included adding mechanical
systems and a generator to the existing building systems. Finishes included interior stone work, interior
glass vestibules, and high end slate and millwork.
Lionstone Parking Structure and Site Improvement-Denver
$19 M- 316,000 sf precast parking structure that included 14,000 sf of retail core and shell on the first
level, two elevators and an architectural glass stair tower. Project included soils removal and remediation
throughout the duration. Site included three streets deeded to the City and County of Denver with all
infrastructure to support the 15 acres of undeveloped property serviced by the streets.
Crossroads Church-Thornton
$9 M- Ground up to finishes precast and cast in place concrete, masonry and steel structure facility that
included a commercial kitchen, a gymnasium, offices, classroom and community areas. The project
included many architectural features and structural provisions for future additions.
Field Manager for QA/QC program and Warranty-Front Range
Addressed quality and warranty issues with owners, addressed product defects with manufacturers,
identified construction deficiencies, found solutions, addressed with construction teams to implement in
future projects. Assisted project teams with QA/QC administration and implementation.
Lakeshore Athletic Club-Broomfield
$16.3 M – Ground up to finished 84,350 sf, 3-story high-end athletic club with rooftop tennis courts, indoor
and outdoor swimming pools, basketball court, 40-foot rock climbing wall, 3 exercise
studios, steam rooms, dry saunas, locker rooms, childcare facilities, children’s party room,
children’s study/computer room and children’s lounge, rooftop and outdoor playgrounds,
and a deli. Winner of Associated Builders and Contractors’ 1st place, National Excellence
in Construction “Eagle” award.
Thomas Connole High Rise Renovation-Denver
$9 M - 81,600 sf - 12 stories - 100 units - complete gut and renovation with a 13,433
sf cast-in-place, 9’ deep, cast-in-place structural addition to all 12 floors, all new
interior finishes of 100 apartment units and community areas, complete removal and replacement of the
exterior skin (EIFS), new mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems, extensive
refurbishment of the elevator cabs and equipment. Winner of Associated Builders and Contractors’ 1st
place, National Excellence in Construction “Eagle” award.
Parking Structure and Public Safety Facility-University of Colorado / Colorado Springs
$6.1 M - 3-story, 112,000 sf, 500-car parking garage with finished 14,000 sf public safety and student
health clinic facility structure. Precast structure on caisson and grade beam foundation, brick
and acid-treated architectural pre-cast spandrel exterior
Frasier Meadows Retirement Community Expansion-Boulder
$24.4 M - CM/GC – Ground up to finished 158,000 sf independent and assisted living health care center -
116 units, two buildings, each with underground parking
Flatirons Community Church-Lafayette
$.8 M - 44,000 sf tenant improvement that included a sanctuary with high end audio/visual, office space
and class rooms.
Washington Mutual Bank Training Center-Golden
$.2 M - 5000 sf, fast-track tenant finish at the Denver West Office Complex. Construction
was completed in three weeks (on time). Scope included drywall, electrical, mechanical,
flooring, painting, millwork and coordination of Owner vendors.
Marriot Brighton Gardens Retirement Community-Lakewood
$12 M – Ground up to finished assisted living and health care facility with a commercial restaurant. This
steel structure had extensive millwork, vinyl siding and tri-composition roof.
Safeway-Longmont
$6 M - 14-acre site with extensive retail pad development, utilities and a street deeded to the City of
Longmont.
