SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Diversified organizational, management and leadership skills through

initiating and managing all aspects of real estate finance, investment,

management and development firms. Extensive experience working with

financing, accounting, budgeting, financial and analytical tax planning.

Successfully originated and owned Commercial Finance Company providing

equity and debt instruments throughout the United States. Totally

responsible for generating in excess of $1.8 Billion dollars in financed

funds. Coordinated and oversaw various employees in individual remote

locations throughout the United States as well as coordinated annual

conferences and teaching siminars for all management and marketing

personnel. Responsible for managing a portfolio of various properties as

EXPERIENCE

2005 - Present - Dovetail Capital, LLC 22050 Edgewater Road, Elkhorn NE

68022. Owner and President of Commercial Capital firm working with

borrowers from around the United States assisting them in arranging capital

instruments to handle their financing needs. Have successfully generated

$800 Million in production and maintained operations even during the

downturn in the industry with major financing companies. Continue to work

with various borrowers throughout the country and assist with financing

involving new development, refinancing of existing properties as well as

raising of equity for partnerships and development projects.

2001 - 2005 - GMAC Commercial Finance, Omaha, Nebraska. Originally

employeed as an analyst to evaluate real estate transactions and prepare

financing packages for qualified lenders. Within 9 months was promoted to

Vice President as a Producer of capital instruments for commercial real

estate. Generated approximately $1 billion in production.

1994 to 2001 - Dial Properties, 11506 Nicholas Street, Suite #200, Omaha,

Nebraska 68154. Handled Asset Management responsibilities for 10 retail

properties located in the states of Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin,

Virginia, Illinois, South Dakota, Texas and Idaho. Promoted to Head of

Retail Asset Management Division of the company handling in excess of 2

Million GLA. Oversaw entire Administrative Department and set up overall

Management program, software and hardware systems. Responsible for and

handled coordination of the Corporate Marketing Program and worked with

outside Marketing Consultants. Coordinated with Institutional owners from

California, Denver and New York as well as company owned properties.

Responsible for property transitions and direct handling of all new

management contracts and accounts. Received Asset Manager of the Year in

1995 and The Challenge Award for the Administrative Department in 1996 from

Dial Properties. Received Asset Manager of the Year, Most Value Added, and

Teamwork Awards by Pacific Life Insurance Company in 1996 and Most Value

Added Award by Pacific Life Insurance Company in 1997.

1982 to 1990 - Diversified Property Resources, 10801 Pacific Street, Suite

#2, Omaha, Nebraska 68154. Responsible for supervising, organizing and

managing all internal office aspects as well as all levels of the property

management. Handled 8 properties consisting of 4 retail centers, 2 office

complexes, 1 industrial warehouse, 1 HUD housing project and the

administrative functions for a farm, totaling 227,000 GLA. Supervised and

managed on-site management and maintenance personnel, leasing, marketing,

and administrative assistants. Managed large shopping center during major

renovation and several construction phases. Responsible for all analytical

aspects including financial planning, tax planning and budgeting.

Extensive background in computers and was responsible for setting up a 5

year multi-company automated Pro Forma package. Was responsible for

devising all aspects of the management program.
