Operations Manager
Hired in as a Recruiter, I hired, trained, and mentored up to 50 people per week.
Conducted interviews, made final decisions on hiring, conducted training classes
on our equipment as well as teaching one of the nation’s most renowned sales
training classes on a weekly basis. Since my first month have been awarded ‘Top
DPS” in local Divisions as well as “Top DPS” in my Region. After 3 months I
was promoted to Consultant where I traveled the Nation’s Kirby Distributorships
to hire and train other recruiters. I increased sales in each office of 23% as a
minimum. I also formed and conducted sales training seminars throughout the
United States of up to 1000 people. With all this experience I have also learned,
taught, and worked field sales as well. Promoted to Operations Manager in

Operations Manager for nonprofit corporation to promote youth athletics in
diverse communities. I successfully formed, funded, and ran operations of non-
profit athletic gyms providing free training and events for boxing, wrestling, and
weightlifting for inner city youths and surrounding communities. Planned
