SALES & MARKETING

I created marketing materials to promote new homes. Assist in

creating advertising materials for company and participate in

selection and distribution of marketing materials. Plan and implement

creative real estate marketing events for small businesses.

Aggressively sell homes in a very competitive real estate market. I've

achieved over 100% to quota in real estate sales, achieved salesperson

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Planned and organized a detailed schedule of events on a grade level

team to ensure that all state educational guidelines were met. I

scheduled travel and photo shoot locations for project, while hiring

and managing all photo shoot personnel and vendors. I organized

meetings with potential real estate buyers. Develop, plan and

organize the entire real estate transaction, including, but not

limited to, financing review, vendor selection and credit repair.

entire flight experience. Ensured passengers' needs and requests

entire home buying/selling process. Greet customers and assist in
