Diffusion Equipment Technician 2, (June 2007 - Present)

Monitoring tool performance, scheduling and performing

preventative maintenance on assigned tools. Troubleshooting

and repairing down equipment through the use of mechanical

and electronic skills. Worked to increase tool uptime

through systematic problem solving and troubleshooting, and

routine review of maintenance check sheets and procedures.

Effectively multitasking and managing multiple projects.

Make process adjustments to TEOS, POLY, ALD, and NITRIDE

processes to improve the process before advancing to the

next step. Assisted and worked with Engineers on process

improvements and Tool Efficiency. Operated the Poly Flow
