2002-2007 Wisconsin State Patrol Academy Contingency Course. Sworn in at the Town
of Lisbon Police Department as a patrol officer. 2003 promoted to the rank of Detective.
I nvestigated all crimes defined under the Wisconsin State Statutes.
1992-2002 New York City Police Department Detective 2 nd G rade. Assigned to the
M anhattan Detective Bureau: 13th and 1st P recincts. Investigated all violations of the New
York State Penal Code, including Homicide, Rape, Burglaries, Grand Larcenies and white
collar crimes on Wall Street. Investigated crimes at Solomon Smith Barney, Travelers
I nsurance, Morgan Stanley, Bank of New York, S&P and the New York Stock Exchange.
Personally effected over 500 arrests. Duties included testifying in New York State Supreme
Court. Temporary assignments in the In telligence Division maintaining personal safety of
d ignitaries, the Vice President and the President of the United States during the General
Assembly at the United Nations. Participated in the investigations of the 1993 Twin
Towers bombing and the 9/11 Twin Towers terrorist attack. Assigned to Ground Zero for 12
weeks for the relief efforts and evidence gathering in the 9/11 investigation. Participated in
t he “anthrax scare” investigations at Rockefeller Center and New York Hospitals.
1986-1991 Detective 3rd G rade. Assigned to the Organized Crime Control Bureau.
E ngaged in all aspects of narcotics investigations including wire taps, surveillance and
s treet level buy and bust operations. Worked in an undercover capacity in street
enforcement operations in high intensity drug t rafficking areas throughout New York City.

O fficer of the Manhattan and Queens Narcotics districts. Responsible for organizational
