QUALIFICATIONS
I have a substantial amount of experience and outstanding skills in Sales and in
customer service . In my career, I have 7 solid years experience in the Retail,
G rocery, Sales, and Restaurant industry. I am very accustomed to working in fast
paced environments with the ability to think quickly and successfully handle
d ifficult situations. In my professional opinion, the customer/ Guest is the number
one priority.
I was a sales rep for Coca- Cola E nterprise where I would have 9 -12 accounts on a
weekly route and would sell existing product, new product, build displays and t ry
and sell coolers by offering better position points than the competitors. I worked in
bulk, which includes stores like P ublix, Winn Dixie, Albertsons, and Wal-Ma rt . I
would develop a strong relationship with my store managers and would go above and
beyond to keep the image of my company in the front of their mind. I would do this
by keeping our product stocked, Build perfect displays. Ul timately, I would just listen
to what they wanted and do i t.
I have excellent Organizational skills: For example, I worked for Albertsons and
Coca- Cola for 2 years and at coke the places in the back were big enough to fi t
pallets of product. I would unwrap our products and put what needed to be on the
shelf and organized the rest of the cases of cokes, boxes of bottles and other product.
I would have to stack my back stock in a certain manner because I would have to be
back the next day to do the same all over again. I made sure my area was clean even
as I worked. I would condense a lot into a li t t le.

Starting as a Costumer Service clerk, I was mostly entitle to keeping the store in t ip
top shape weather it be cleaning up a mess or taking care of a costumer.
As I showed my ability to take on more duties, I became a stocking clerk. As a
Stocking Clerk, I worked closely with all the managers, learning about the store's
i nventory, and the relationship between the store and its vendors. Then I got
another promotion to grocery supervisor where I was t rained to use heavy
machinery, also provided t raining to new Albertsons employees.

I am a very likeable person. I like to say I have a gift. I am able to mold my
