Principal Broker for a new Certified Green Development and the Developers for this Group. Responsible
for setting up new company, new employees, advertising, marketing and sales of this new development with
residential and commercial tenants.
The Market Exchange, LLC (2000-2010)
Broker/Owner: Responsible for running Real Estate Company, overseeing realtors and being
responsible for all realtors’ actions, sales, listings, payroll, taxes, licensing, etc.
During my time as realtor, I also managed Title company, closed loans etc. and served as Loan Officer for
Brokerage Firm.
Harriman City Schools (1991 – 2000)
Drug Education Coordinator, Teaching Assistant, and Head Basketball Coach Responsible for coordinating
and funding Drug Education Programs. Worked with special education students in an alternative classroom
for grade levels 4-8 on reading and Math skills and developed life skills program. Coached Girls Basketball,
scheduled season play for boys and girls teams, hosted annual pre-season tournament set up by me;
responsible for Fundraising, and asked to be Host Director at our home site for Sub-state AAU tournament.

Authored and Co-Authored instruction and technical manuals; edited and coordinated processing of
manuscripts, manuals, white papers, reports, and journal articles. Met with authors, coordinated team efforts
and integrated a variety of writing styles into final product. Conducted test, validate, and verify software
systems, supervised office personnel, authorized time sheets, monitored and controlled equipment and
supplies inventory. Updated personnel and security policy changes. Served as program safety officer.
Presented monthly seminars (e.g. safety and writing skills).
Clients meetings included (e.g. NAVSEA, ARMY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, JOINT CHIEFS OF
