I have had more than 15 years work experience in the security industry.
Four of those years have been in a supervisory capacity that included
scheduling, planning, directing and leading a security staff ranging in
size from 25 to 30 officers, subordinate supervisors and lead persons. As a
supervisor I was responsible for all staff training on my work shift but
was later elevated to trainer for the entire operation which included three
shifts. The training repertoire included but was not limited to security
topics such as the work place safety, CPR and first aid courses, policy and
procedures, customer service and internal/external patrolling.
