in the year 2000. Steiner's five million square foot portfolio also
includes Zona Rosa in Kansas City, Missouri; Bayshore in Glendale,
Wisconsin; The Greene in Dayton, Ohio; and Peninsula in Hampton, Virginia,
each representing the "new town center" philosophy of all of Steiner's
future developments.
