Responsible for day to day activities on large highway contracts

Manage multiple crews, plan and schedule work, coordinate subcontractors

Establish equipment requirements and ensure that equipment is properly serviced and maintained in the

field daily.

Maintain budget compliance and ensure that the job is complete at or under budget

Ensure project is constructed according to contract requirements per the specifications

A. Completed $22 million road-widening project for Polk County (County Road 54)

A. Widening an existing three mile stretch of two-lane rural County Road 54 to four-

lane roadway with curb and sidewalk.

B. Installation of concrete retaining walls.

C. Thirty-thousand plus square feet of permanent and temporary sheet pile.

D. Storm pipe and structure installation; full-length of the project.

E. Temporarily relocate, then reinstall of several-hundred feet of 14-inch force main.

F. Re-route and replace water mains throughout the project.

G. De-mucking to right away.

H. Install four retention ponds; two included poly-lining.

I. Lime rock-based pavement.

J. Job performed while maintaining two lanes of traffic throughout the project at all

times.

B. Completed $20+ million FDOT project in Haines City (US27)

A. Complete removal and rebuild of existing four-lane highway to six-lane highway.

B. Removal and replace of single-span bridge of CSX railway.

C. Installation of reinforced earth walls

D. Storm pipe and structure installation; full length of the project.

E. Complete rebuild of several intersections; including traffic signalization.

F. Built five retention ponds.

G. Lime rock-based pavement

I-95 widening and bridge rehabilitation, West Palm Beach, $83 million

Six-lane exiting highway to 8 lanes

Addition of a traffic separator in center of highway – Lime rock base and pavement.

Addition of 4 detention ponds

Widening of 3 existing overpasses

Lighting and landscape work

Addition of storm pipe, both concrete and poly

Complete removal and replacement of 6 on and off-ramps throughout the project. Closed ramps

over the weekend and completed before Monday morning rush.

Mill and resurfacing of 1-95, approximately 4 miles.

All worked performed while maintaining three northbound and three southbound lanes at all

times through the life of the project.

Completed contract three months ahead of schedule.

State Road 44, 2-lane rural to 4-lane (3 miles), Volusia County, $26 million

Complete removal of existing 2-lane rural road

Clearing and grubbing storm pipe

Heavy de-mucking 120,000 yards ranging from 3 to 40-foot depths

Import 800+/- cubic yards embankment

Lime rock base and pavement work

I-4/Florida Turnpike Interchange, Orlando, $21 million

Removal of existing 6-lane overpass at Interstate 4

Replaced with 8-lane double-span overpass

Widening existing turnpike – Storm drainage in ponds

Barrier walls, R.E. walls, and Variable Height Walls

Lime rock base and pavement work

Landscaping to right of way

I-4 Saxon Blvd. Interchange, FDOT, $22 million

Demolition of existing 2-lane, 2-span Bridge over I-4. Replaced with 6-lane, 2-span bridge with

on and off-ramps.

Installation of 3 detention ponds, earthwork with re-enforced earth walls, and storm pipes

throughout the project.

Lime rock base and pavement work.

Lighting and landscaping.
