Provided information, resources and referrals to service members and their Families from all branches of the Armed

Services. Supported Family members of deployed service members throughout the deployment phase. Conducted

information delivery to Soldiers and their Families by both formal briefings and one on one communication through

telephone and email. Published newsletters for mass marketing correspondence endeavors. Resources and
